Our partnership with an ambitious ecommerce company aimed to gain a competitive edge in the market through strategic pricing intelligence. Leveraging advanced data science techniques, including machine learning, our goal was to scrape and analyze competitor prices to inform pricing strategies and drive revenue growth. The client had a team of 20 people, they were checking competitors pricing on daily basis, in addition to this process being very costly, it wasn’t real-time and caused a delay of around 1 day in pricing updates which hindered the company’s growth.
